For Providers

Connect your patients to FREE
pregnancy support!

We’re on the Same Team

The Welcome Baby program provides an extra layer of in-home support for your patients. With virtual and in-person visits and check-ins, we can help ensure families receive the services they need to have a healthy pregnancy and give their babies the best start.

We’re committed to providing this extra support to as many families as possible. Please let them know it’s available!

Welcome Baby’s home visiting services can help your patients:

Get health coverage and keep appointments with their prenatal and pediatric providers

Achieve their breastfeeding goals, with personal lactation support

Identify perinatal depression and get connected to mental health services

Access support services available in the community, like WIC, CalFresh, and CalWORKs

Receive early intervention services for babies with developmental delays

Learn about bonding and attachment and home safety

And more…

“The services Welcome Baby provides are absolutely complementary to what we’re trying to do.”
